HMS are recruiting x1 Scheduler to join an integrated team delivering a first-class construction and maintenance service.

 

This is an important role in which you will:

  • Play an integral part of the Customer Experience Team
  • Co-ordinate the company’s appointment and planning activities including:
  • contract administration;
  • communication and co-ordination to support operational teams and specialist contractors.
  • Deal with internal and external enquiries with customers.
  • Relay information to customers.
  • Dynamically modify work arrangements.
  • Assist managers in assessing workload through forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Monitor the completion and accuracy of work activities of operatives via the in-house system.
  • Modify employee work arrangements dependent on leave and sickness absence.
  • Act as liaison with client managers.

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Customer Service or Business Discipline.
  • Experience of using a computerised Scheduling or planning systems.
